Michael, Darren and Sam are childhood friends who share a passion for service. Together they operate The Futures Project with the goal of creating opportunities for the youth in their community.
Michael Santos | President
Michael is an associate in the social enterprise and impact investing group at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco. He completed his undergraduate degree at Santa Clara University, majoring in business management and played on the basketball team and received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC in 2016. Michael lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
Sam Tesconi | Vice President and Secretary
Sam is the Director of Marketing at Ramey Wine Cellars in Healdsburg, California. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Political Science and Sonoma State with an MBA in Wine Business. Sam lives in Santa Rosa, California with his wife and daughter.
Darren Harter | Treasurer
Darren is a Transaction Advisory Services Manager at RSM US LLP. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Accounting. Darren lives in Boston with his wife and two children.
